Full Planning Package 

For the couple who desires guidance through the complete planning and design process, our full service package will assist you with locating the ideal venue, assembling the perfect team of vendors, designing the event of your dreams.

• Unlimited meetings with the couple throughout the planning process
• Unlimited emails and phone calls.
• Helping in selecting a venue.
• Locating needed vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Assist with wedding style or theme.
• Assist with invitations design.
• Create and maintain a detailed Wedding Day Timeline of the events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants.
• One Hour Ceremony rehearsal.
• Direct and monitor Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception.
• Work with all vendors to ensure services are provided according to contracts.
• Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the Ceremony and Reception — including: programs, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, cake server if needed.
• Manage, with other vendors, the flow of events.

$1,200 and up

Partial Planning Package

For the couple who wants to be involved with the planning of the wedding but does not know where to begin much less have the time to stay on top of all the details this package will provide a budget, timeline, vendor selection, help with the ceremony/reception site selection, and total management at time of event.

• Unlimited meetings with the couple throughout the planning process
• Unlimited emails and phone calls. 
• Locating remaining needed vendors
• Assist with wedding style or theme.
• Assist with invitations design
• Create and maintain a detailed Wedding Day Timeline of the events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants.
• One Hour Ceremony rehearsal.
• Direct and monitor Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception.
• Work with all vendors to ensure services are provided according to contracts.
• Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the Ceremony and Reception — including: programs, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, cake server if needed.
• Manage, with other vendors, the flow of events.

$1000 and up

Day of Service

This package is strictly "Day Of" Services. For the bride who has everything under control and all of the vendors in line. She just needs someone to help get, her down the aisle. This package is for Ceremony and reception only.

• Two meetings with the couple to finalize details.
• Unlimited emails and phone calls.
• Provide a detailed Timeline of the events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants.
• Confirmation of all contracted vendors one week prior to Wedding Day.
• One Hour Ceremony Rehearsal.
• Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the Ceremony and Reception — including: programs, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, cake server if needed.
• Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of the scheduled events. 

$600 and up

Wedding Ceremony & Rehearsal only

• One meeting with couple to finalize details
• One hour ceremony rehearsal
• Placement and return of all ceremony items- programs, candles etc.
